Pollux adjustable table light, 1967, original edition by Design M

This original edition of Pollux table light was designed in 1967 by the famous minimalist designer Ingo Maurer. This one of Maurer’s first models. One of the most aesthetic and easy to live.

Produced by Design M, the studio that founded Maurer one year before Pollux model creation and in the same time of Bulb table light.

MOMA defines this model in these words : « Pollux, another celebration of the bare light bulb, consists of a simple support for the bulb which swivels on its axis producing an adjustable light source. »
